Which days do Livefreshr deliver?

Your Livefreshr delivery takes place on either Saturday or Sunday each week, depending on your preference. You can also choose from 3 delivery slots: Morning 9am-1pm, Afternoon 1pm-5pm or Evening 5pm-9pm.

What if I am not home for delivery?

No problem! We will still drop off your box at your doorstep and send you an SMS text confirming delivery.

Will my food spoil if left outside?

Your food should be fine for a reasonable amount of time left at your door. We use polystyrene cool boxes and ice packs for every delivery, so this provides enough insulation for a few hours give or take depending on the location (apartment/villa etc).

Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to all areas of Dubai and Abu Dhabi city. Please feel free to email us at info@livefreshr.com if you'd like to request your location to be added!

What should I do with the boxes?

After you have emptied the cool box, we're happy to recycle this and any ice packs by handing them back to the delivery driver upon your next delivery. The cardboard box can be recycled as you wish or we'll happily collect that too.

What is the order deadline for the week?

As a new customer, orders must be made before Wednesday @ midnight to receive the following Sat/Sun.

For existing customers, please ensure you make your recipe selections by Wednesday @ midnight. If you forget then don't worry as your default preferences will select your recipes for the week.

Account Management

Is Livefreshr a subscription service?

Yes, Livefreshr is a weekly subscription service, but don't worry we are completely flexible and there is no minimum obligation.

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes! Download our Livefreshr app for your Android or Apple devices to view your recipes easily in the kitchen without the need for a computer!

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can either pause your subscription via our website or our mobile app. Simply login to your personal account and then go to Dashboard > Click on 'Subscriptions' > Actions > Pause. Once you are ready to restart your deliveries, simply click re-activate. All changes must be made before midnight on Wednesday, prior to the following week’s delivery.

How do I cancel my account?

We are sorry to see you go, but we understand that things come up. To cancel, take the following steps: Go to dashboard > Click on 'Subscriptions' > Actions > Cancel account.

Our Food & Recipes

Can I choose the recipes I receive?

Yes you can! You can either opt for one of our chefs' choice boxes or select from our weekly selection of 15 recipes covering a wide range of ingredients and cuisines. You can view next weeks menu here.

How long do the recipes take to cook?

Here at Livefreshr we know you lead busy lives. As such all our our recipes have a "cookline" guide that details each step of the process. By following this guide, you can cook 95% of our recipes in 30 minutes or less!

How much stock/water etc. do we use?

Because Livefreshr caters for individuals and families of all sizes, there are a few items that cannot be pre-portioned. In these cases, check your ingredients checklist included in your box for exact measurements.

Are the ingredients you use organic?

While we strive to bring you organic produce where possible, our aim is to bring you the freshest product that meets our high quality standards.

Do I need any ingredients at home?

The only ingredients you need on hand are salt, pepper and oil. Everything else is provided in your box, so you no longer need to worry if you have the right ingredients at home!

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

With the flexiblity Livefreshr offers through our Chefs' choice and A la Carte boxes, a wide range of dietary requirements can be catered for from Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Vegan etc. Beyond this, all of the ingredients are individually packed and labelled so you can always omit or substitute any of the ingredients when cooking.
