Bring a saucepan of water to the boil.

Finely chop the garlic.

Finely slice the red chillies.

Halve and juice the orange and limes.

Peel and chop the brown onion.

In a bowl, add together the cumin, half of the garlic, red chilli, orange, lime and soy sauce. Mix well.

Heat half the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat in a frying pan.
