Step 1
Prepare your ingredients: slice the garlic, finely chop the lemongrass, julienne the green capsicum, slice the red onion, slice the rump steak, chop the broccoli, trim the green beans, and chop the water chestnuts. Set aside lime leaves for later use.

In a large saucepan or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, lemongrass, and red onion to the pan. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes or until they start to soften.
