    Julienne the spring onion, red capsicum, snow peas, and carrot. Finely slice the red onion. Thinly slice the steak and shiitake mushrooms.

  • Step 2

    In a wok, heat the oil over high heat.

  • Step 3

    Add the red onion and ginger to the wok and stir fry for about 1 minute.

  • Step 4

    Add the carrot and snow peas and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Add the sliced steak and continue to stir fry until lightly browned.

  • Step 6

    Add the red capsicum and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry for another minute.

  • Step 7

    Stir through the black pepper sauce.

  • Step 8

    Distribute the black pepper stir fry among serving bowls and garnish with the julienned spring onion. Enjoy!
